Our approach
NSSE promotes discipline through positive behaviour, respect and responsibility. Students are guided, counselled and encouraged rather than punished.
Student code of conduct
- Respect teachers, staff, fellow students and school property.
- Be punctual, properly dressed in uniform and prepared for class.
- Use respectful language; bullying, fighting or harassment of any kind is not allowed.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed without permission.
- Follow the rules of laboratories, library and transport.
Zero tolerance
- Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited.
- Discrimination, harassment and bribery are prohibited for all students and staff.
Corrective steps
- Verbal guidance and counselling
- Written notice to parents
- Meeting with parents and the Principal
- Further action as per PEF rules for serious or repeated misconduct
