Information we collect
- Parent details: name, CNIC, WhatsApp/phone number and address
- Student details: name, B-Form number, date of birth, photograph, class and academic records
- Job applicant details submitted through the Careers portal
How we use it
- To process admissions, conduct tests and publish merit to the concerned parents
- To communicate updates about admission, attendance, results and school notices
- To maintain school records as required by PEF and education authorities
How we protect it
- Personal documents and photographs are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.
- Parents can see only their own children's records.
- Access to records is limited to authorised school staff.
- We never sell or share personal information for advertising.
Your rights
Parents may request correction of any inaccurate information by contacting the school office.
